Crispy baked tacos that are fast, flavorful, and kid-approved. Using a variety of ingredients, including seasoned taco meat and freshly shredded cheese, this recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

1: Preheat the oven to 400°. 2: Place 3-6 flour tortillas onto a large baking sheet and brush each tortilla with avocado oil. 3: Flip the oiled side over so the non-oiled side is facing up. 4: Spread refried beans onto the bottom of the tortilla. 5: Place a few spoonfuls of taco meat onto one half of the tortilla and top that half with shredded cheese. 6: Fold the tortilla over the filling and press to close. 7: Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes until bottoms are really golden and crispy. 8: Brush the tops of the tortillas one more time with avocado oil, flip, and then bake for another 4-5 minutes until the bottoms are golden. 9: Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
