1: Remove the ribs from the package and pat dry with a paper towel. 2: Season the ribs with salt and pepper. 3: In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder. Mix well. 4: Lightly brush Dijon mustard onto the front and back of the ribs to help the rub stick. 5: Liberally sprinkle the brown sugar rub onto the ribs and massage it into the meat. 6: Wrap the rack of ribs with foil and place it onto a large baking sheet. 7: Bake at 275°F for 3 hours until reaching 195°F internal temperature. Remove the ribs from the foil. 8: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grab your favorite BBQ sauce. 9: Place the cooked ribs onto the grill and slather with BBQ sauce. Grill for 20-30 minutes until finished with a caramelized finish. 10: Remove the ribs from the grill, slice them up, and enjoy!
