lb ground pork

cup panko

tsp garlic powder

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp onion powder

salt

avocado oil

pepper

tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1: In a large bowl, combine the ground pork seasoned with salt + pepper, grated onion, panko, eggs, dijon, worcestershire, garlic + onion powder, oregano + thyme. 2: Mix with your hands until fully combined. 3: Portion into patties using a 2-ounce scoop for roughly 2.5-3 ounce patties, 1/2 inch thick. 4: Place burgers onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, layering if needed. 5: Cover and chill for 1 hour. 6: Preheat grill to high heat (400°–425°F). 7: Brush patties with avocado oil. 8: Grill for 7–8 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F. 9: Layer on a brioche bun with the Greek pork patty, sliced tomato, tzatziki, microgreens, pickled red onion, and feta.
