Air Fryer Funfetti Protein Bagels

In a mixing bowl, add the flour, blended cottage cheese, baking powder, and salt.

Stir this together until the dough just starts to come together.

Lightly flour your countertop and place the dough on top - knead this dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Shape this into a ball and then cut the ball into 8 equal sections.

Take each section and roll it into a rope about 5-6 inches long.

Turn both ends inward to meet, forming a bagel shape, and pinch the ends together.

Whisk the egg and brush each bagel with the egg wash.

Sprinkle each bagel with additional confetti sprinkles.

Turn your Cyclone Air Fryer to 350° and place four bagels in at a time.

Air fry for 12-14 minutes, until bagels are golden brown.

Let them cool slightly, slice the bagels open, and top with your favorite spreads (jam, cream cheese, etc.).
