Apple Pie Bars

1: Preheat oven to 400°.

2: Grab a 10x14 or 9x13 baking dish.

3: Toss the sliced apples in sugar and cinnamon.

4: Lay the 2 pie crusts into the bottom of the pan.

5: Pour cinnamon sugar apples into the pie crust in one even layer.

6: In the same bowl you mixed the apples, add the cubed butter, sugars, flour, and salt.

7: Mix with your hands until it resembles wet sand with clumps of butter.

8: Add the crumb topping over all of the apples.

9: Bake at 400° for 50 minutes until bubbly and golden (if using a 9x13, bake 5 more minutes).
