Baked Reuben Egg Rolls

1: In a mixing bowl, add the chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, parsley, Jarlsberg cheese, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir everything together so it’s evenly combined.

2: Take one egg roll wrapper and lay it down in a diamond direction.

3: Dampen your fingers with cold water and run it on all four edges of the egg roll wrapper.

4: Fill the middle of the egg roll wrapper with a few tablespoons of filling.

5: Fold in the right and left corners towards the middle, then fold the bottom half over the middle, press down the edges to seal, and proceed to roll to the top.

6: Place the egg rolls seam-side down onto the baking sheet.

7: When finished rolling, spray the tops with non-stick spray or brush with avocado oil and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until golden on the bottom.

8: Flip the egg rolls and cook another 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown.
