Delight in these Chicken Parm Burgers made with organic ground chicken, sautéed onions, and a blend of spices, coated in crunchy panko breadcrumbs and topped with provolone cheese and marinara sauce. Perfect on a bun, in a salad, or a wrap!
In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko bread crumbs and parsley, set aside.
In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, sautéed onion, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
With your hands, mix everything together until evenly combined.
Take a heaping 1/3 cup of the mixture and roll it into a ball, then roll in the panko bread crumbs.
Pat down into a thick hamburger patty and set onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Heat olive oil in a deep nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and cook the hamburger patties for a total of 13-16 minutes, flipping only once.
Place cooked burgers onto a baking sheet.
Add a dollop of marinara and a thick slice of provolone cheese on top.
Pop burgers under the broiler until cheese is bubbly.
Serve on a bun, with extra marinara and microgreens. Enjoy!
