Chicken Tot Casserole

1: Toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning.

2: Brown the seasoned chicken and then remove it from the pot.

3: Add chopped veggies to the pot, bay leaves, and a drizzle more olive oil, then cook until softened.

4: Add flour and stir to coat the veggies.

5: Pour in chicken stock, heavy whipping cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

6: Add chicken back into the pot and let bubble over medium-low until thickened (8-10 minutes).

7: Pour filling into a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle over frozen peas.

8: Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cover with frozen tator tots.

9: Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes until tots are golden.
