Chipotle Salad

In a bowl, add the chicken tenders and all of the seasoning with a generous drizzle of olive oil.

Once tenders are fully and evenly coated, cover and place in the fridge for 3-6 hours.

Cook chicken as desired. Preferably grill at 450°F for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

For the Creamy Chipotle Dressing, add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Store dressing in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

Mix a 1:3 ratio of sour cream to vinaigrette in a mason jar or salad dressing jar and shake well.

Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!

Build your own salad with toppings like chopped romaine, corn salad, pico de gallo, guacamole, and chipotle chicken tenders.

Optional add-ons include cheese, rice, beans, tortilla chips, and pickled jalapeños.
