1: Preheat oven to 350°.
2: Mix together the butter and sugars until well incorporated.
3: Add the vanilla and eggs, and mix well until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
4: Pour in the pudding mix, flour, baking soda, and salt, and barely mix until just a bit of flour shows.
5: Add in the chocolate chips and pulse until the cookie dough comes together.
6: Scoop 1.5 tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
