Add one cup of flour at a time, along with the salt, and mix until the dough comes together.
Knead for 4-5 minutes until the dough's surface is smooth and stretchy.
Form the dough into a ball and place it into a lightly greased bowl with olive oil.
Cover with a tea towel for about 2 hours, until it has doubled in size.
Drizzle a few tablespoons of olive oil into a 9x13 pan.
Gently stretch the dough out to reach all sides/corners, cover for another 30 minutes, and gently press again to the edges.
 Preheat the oven to 500°F.
Press the dough down into the pan with fingers to create little divits.
Add your favorite toppings (pepperoni, sausage, veggies, etc).
Top with cubes of cheddar and mozzarella cheese and dollop on pizza sauce.
Bake at 500°F for 12-16 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
