What you need

cup sugar

tsp salt

cup unbleached all purpose flour

oz dark chocolate chips

tsp vanilla

oz salted butter

Mini M&Ms

tsp coarse salt

cup light-brown sugar

organic eggs
Instructions
1: In a stand mixer OR with a handheld mixer, beat the butter and sugars together. 2: Add the eggs and vanilla and continue to mix for 3-4 minutes until it's lighter in color and fluffy. 3: Pour in the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix together for just a few seconds until the flour is incorporated. 4: Add the chocolate chips and give it the quickest mix to fold them in. 5: Chill cookie dough in the fridge for 10 minutes. 6: Preheat the oven to 350°. 7: Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. 8: Using a cookie scoop to portion the cookie dough, divide each scoop in half and roll these to make two tinier cookies per scoop (approx. 3/4 Tbsp each). 9: Place the cookies onto the baking sheet and top with a few mini m&m’s. 10: Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes until bottoms are barely golden, and the tops are set (no longer wet/shiny). Do not overbake! 11: Sprinkle cookies with maldon salt when warm out of the oven.View original recipe
