Frozen S'mores Bars

1: Grab two separate bowls; in the first bowl whisk together the instant chocolate pudding, whole milk, and cool whip. Let this sit for 5 minutes to firm.

2: Use a handheld mixer to mix together the cool whip, cream cheese, and marshmallow fluff in the second bowl until well combined and fluffy. Set this bowl into the fridge.

3: Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper, making sure to have an inch hanging off the edges for easy removal of bars.

4: Pour in the chocolate pudding and spread evenly across the bottom.

5: Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

6: Take the baking dish out of the freezer, and pour over the marshmallow cream layer, spreading evenly across the chocolate pudding.

7: Place back into the freezer for 3-6 hours, until the marshmallow layer is firm to the touch.

8: Remove the frozen layers from the freezer and lay a single layer of graham crackers on top.

9: To flip, place a smaller baking sheet or cutting board on top of the graham crackers, and flip the bars upside down.

10: Remove the parchment paper, place graham crackers on the chocolate pudding layer, and cut squares out using a sharp knife - serve immediately.
