Heinz Gravy Chicken + Mash Bowls

1: Dice potatoes into equal inch-sized pieces.

2: Cover potatoes with cold water, add salt, and bring to a boil.

3: Boil potatoes until fork tender.

4: Reserve 1 cup of starchy water and drain potatoes.

5: Return potatoes to pot, add butter and starchy water.

6: Mash potatoes and add warm milk until desired consistency is reached.

7: Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8: If making ahead, keep mashed potatoes on warm in a slow cooker.

9: Assemble the bowls with mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken nuggets, cheese, and garnish with green onion.
