Honey Oak Roasted Salmon Board

1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

2: Take each slice of bread and cut off the edges of the crust on the sides (leaving top and bottom) and then cut the slice of bread in half lengthwise.

3: Place slices of bread onto a baking sheet.

4: Brush each slice with butter and sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley.

5: Bake at 350°F for 13-16 minutes, or until bread is toasted and golden.

6: In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients for Dill Herb Spread.

7: Use a handheld mixer and blend everything together until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).

8: Assemble the board with the salmon, toasted bread points, Dill Herb Spread, and your choice of additional toppings such as Radish, Cucumber, Lemon, and Red Onion.
