Instructions

1: Preheat the oven to 350° and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs.

3: Fold in the grated zucchini.

4: Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, and stir until the batter is smooth.

5: Evenly distribute the batter in the muffin tin.

6: Top with extra chocolate chips.

7: Bake at 350° for 22-24 minutes.

8: Top with Maldon salt once out of the oven.
