1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 rectangular cake pan with parchment paper.

2: In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs until evenly combined and the batter is smooth.

3: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake at 350°F for 32 minutes.

4: Remove brownies from the oven and top with York Peppermint Patties, placing them pretty close together.
