Preheat the oven to 375° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add the brownie mix, flour, vegetable oil, eggs, and chocolate chips.
Use a handheld mixer or spoon and mix everything together until the cookie dough is combined and shiny.
Use an OXO cookie scoop to portion out 1 1/2 Tbsp of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, placing them two inches apart.
Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and use the bottom of a glass to flatten the cookies slightly.
Add one peppermint patty on top of each cookie and return them to the oven for another 5-6 minutes until the patties start to melt.
Remove from the oven and gently smear the melted patties on top of the cookies.
Top with sprinkles and sea salt and let the cookies cool for 3-5 minutes.
For perfectly circular cookies, invert a drinking glass on top and swirl to form a perfect circle.
 Enjoy!
