Instructions

1: In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until evenly incorporated.

2: Portion out the chicken burger mix using an ice cream scoop and flatten into a 1/2 inch disc.

3: Place portioned chicken burger patties onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4: Pop the tray into the freezer for 30 minutes prior to grilling.

5: Preheat your Traeger or grill to 450°F.

6: Cook the burgers for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.

7: In the last minute of grilling, add a slice of provolone cheese to each burger to melt.

8: Assemble the burgers on a brioche bun with extra pesto, sliced tomato, and tossed arugula.
