Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats

1: Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

2: In a 6 quart dutch oven or large pot, melt the two sticks of butter over medium heat.

3: Once the butter is completely melted, add the two 10 ounce bags of marshmallows.

4: Continue stirring until the marshmallows are almost all melted.

5: Pour in the vanilla, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well to combine.

6: Turn off the heat and add the rice krispie cereal. Stir to coat the cereal in the melted marshmallow.

7: Add in the mini marshmallows and give it one final stir to distribute them evenly.

8: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and gently press to flatten.

9: Optional: Top with cinnamon and sugar or sprinkles of choice.

10: Let the treats cool completely, then slice and enjoy!
