St. Patrick’s Day Rice Krispie Treats

1: Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.

2: In a pot, melt 8 ounces of butter over medium-low heat.

3: Add the 20 ounces of large marshmallows.

4: Stir the melted butter and marshmallows together until marshmallows are almost completely melted.

5: Pour in the vanilla extract and salt, and stir well.

6: Add in the 12 cups of rice krispies cereal and stir to coat the cereal with melted marshmallow.

7: Pour in the mini marshmallows and Lucky Charms, and stir gently to disperse throughout.

8: Pour everything into the prepared 9x13 pan.

9: Use the paper the butter was wrapped in to gently and barely flatten them out, just patting down the bumpy parts (this is key to staying fluffy).

10: Add sprinkles of choice and let cool before slicing.
