Swedish Meatballs

1: In a mixing bowl, add in the ground beef, ground pork, eggs, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, all spice, salt and pepper. Use your hands and mix this all very well until it is one homogenous mixture.

2: Using a cookie scoop, portion out your meatballs (approximately 1.5 Tbsp each) and roll into a ball, set them to the side on a plate.

3: In a nonstick skillet pan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add in the meatballs, and allow them to brown completely on one side.

4: Flip the meatballs to brown on the other side, 2-3 minutes.

5: Pour in the two jars of Heinz Homestyle Caramelized Onion & Thyme Gravy and turn the heat down to simmer the meatballs for about 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked all the way through internal temperature 160*.

6: Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
