A delicious plant-based burger made with Impossible Ground Beef, combined with flavors of BBQ sauce, Sriracha, and fresh pineapple. Perfectly grilled and served on a toasted brioche bun, this recipe yields 6 large patties that are sure to impress even meat-lovers.
In a large bowl, mix together the impossible burger meat, bbq sauce, sriracha, pineapple juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
With your hands, grab approximately 3/4 cup worth of meat, and roll into a large ball, place onto a baking sheet.
Once you have rolled 6 balls, use the bottom of a plate to evenly push down onto each ball, creating a nice thick hamburger patty.
On a grill outside, or a grill pan inside, over medium-high heat cook the burger patties for 4 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat, and on the same pan, place the pineapple slices to warm through, remove from heat once grill marks show on both sides (2-3 minutes).
Toast brioche buns, and slather mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
Layer butter lettuce, and then the hamburger patty.
Next, place on top the pineapple and red onion.
If you like extra spice, feel free to drizzle a bit of Sriracha on top too!
Slather on more BBQ sauce, and close your burger with the top brioche bun. ENJOY!
