Delicious Taco Pizza Rolls made with ground beef, veggies, and cheese wrapped in fresh pizza dough, baked until golden brown. Perfect for Taco Tuesday! Serve with sour cream and hot sauce.
Sauté the onions and peppers with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper until translucent.
Remove the cooked veggies from the pan and add in the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning, and cook through completely.
Pour the veggies back in with the beef, along with the diced chiles and spinach. Stir until the spinach wilts, then remove the pan from the heat.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle roughly 9x12 inches.
Drizzle the dough with olive oil and a little taco sauce, spreading it out to cover the surface.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the dough.
Starting from the bottom of the rectangle, roll tightly upward like cinnamon rolls.
Using a serrated knife, slice 2-inch sections for each roll.
Place pizza rolls into a parchment-lined dutch oven and press the tops down slightly.
Spread melted butter on the tops of the pizza rolls.
Bake with the lid off at 375°F for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
